Bring your people to the water

Whether you're planning a corporate team outing, a private celebration, or a youth paddling program — we handle the logistics so your group can focus on the experience. Most programs run out of our Enatai Beach Park location, on the edge of the Mercer Slough Nature Reserve.

Team outings that actually work

The setting makes the difference

Most group and private programs run out of our Enatai Beach Park location — chosen deliberately. The Mercer Slough Nature Reserve offers 180 acres of protected urban wetland, calm protected water ideal for groups of all ability levels, and a natural environment that creates genuine presence and focus. It's 20 minutes from downtown Bellevue and unlike anywhere else in the region.

It's not a theme park version of the outdoors. It's the real thing — accessible, beautiful, and exactly the kind of place people remember.

Common questions

  • We recommend reaching out at least 2–3 weeks in advance for most group programs, and 4–6 weeks for larger corporate events or specific dates in peak season (June–August). That said, reach out regardless — we'll always let you know what's available.

  • None at all. Every group session begins with a safety orientation and paddling basics from our ACA-certified guides. The Mercer Slough water is calm and well-suited to complete beginners.

  • We can accommodate groups from as small as 4 up to 40+. Larger groups may require additional guides and equipment — we'll confirm this in your proposal.

  • Everything is provided — vessels, paddles, and personal flotation devices for all participants. Guests should wear clothes they don't mind getting wet and bring water and sunscreen.

  • Yes. We offer reduced pricing for registered nonprofits, Title I schools, and community organizations. Mention this in your inquiry and we'll factor it into your proposal.

  • Light rain is part of the Pacific Northwest experience and doesn't affect most programs. If conditions are genuinely unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule at no penalty. Safety is always the priority.
